− Could be better:Zimmer haben nicht genug Schallschutz, man hat immer gehört, wenn jemand im Flur geredet hat, war teilweise sehr irritierend, vor allem weil Kinder halt gerne im Flur rumrennen

I had a problem with noise from my neighbor room. The hotel management helped me, they solved everything quietly so we didn't have ruined on a nice vacation. :)

− Could be better:Some rooms are separated by a very thick wooden partition that prevents noise. You can hear someone eating it. That's not good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed everything. The territory is very well maintained and beautiful. We stayed in the Laguna Residence, where the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious with a good variety of food. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The sea is just a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. Everything was great — we really loved our stay and would gladly come back again!

− Could be better:The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes and the coffee served at breakfast, which was unfortunately very poor and difficult to drink. However, the coffee at the bar was very good, and we enjoyed buying it there. It would be great if mosquito screens could be installed on the bathroom windows to help reduce the number of mosquitoes in the rooms. Overall, we really loved our stay and would gladly come back again!

− Could be better:To small shower room, to hot in room without possibility to regulate whatever you press on cooling/heating module, food is basic without any inovation and local touch and excellence of Istria.

We used to visit this hotel very often. Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Sunbed and umbrellas are free of charge for the guests on the beach. Umag downtown is approx. 30 minutes walk from the hotel. There are several restaurants near to the hotel but with hp you don’t need it.

− Could be better:The bathroom gets very outdated. For a 4* hotel and for this price it’s not acceptable.

Really nice staff - all of them. The food quality was great. A big selection at dinner (meat, fish, vegetarian) and also at breakfast. The room was clean and cosy. The hotel is at nice location. You can walk to Umag center (cca 30min). There is also a turistic train (4€ per ride/adult). We stayed only one night but it was a really nice visit.

The room was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

− Could be better:Lots of noisy guests all through the night. No water boiler in the room for tea. Mini fridge was not working properly. Considering the price, I would have expected better.

We got nice place on perfect location. Very kind personal, nice room, breakfast and dinner with very diverse offer. Pool and fitness are small but nice.

− Could be better:The dinner was poor in quality (taste) one evening. Next day was ok.

It was quiet, cossy, clean, staff was great, spa also, it is great for runners, walkers, bikers...

Room was clean, staff was nice, food was good a lot of options.. a little bit of everything for everyone, close to the beach.

Great location, about 20 minute walk to city centre. A lot of food options, you can find something for yourself. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Great value for price.

Food, room, spa ,fitness ,...

We liked the nature, nearby clean beaches and trails, beautiful mediterranean trees and plants, plenty of walking areas with lungo mare and sport facilities. Spa and wellness center are excellent, variety of buffet meals fine, staff friendly. Close and handy parking area.

− Could be better:Missing information that the reception and breakfast&dinner and spa center is in another building because Residence is actually depandance part of the hotel and you need to check-in and have meals in another building. We don't mind walking to another building but it would be fair to have this information in advance. Presentation of meals/food could be better. Bed mattresses should be changed for much better quality. Missing facility to dry beach towels and swimming suits.
