The apartment is in a great location, it was clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen could be better equipped, the quality of the cookware was rather poor, and the WiFi was not working. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would still warmly recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in both the design and cleanliness was truly impressive. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. Communication was smooth and quick, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I will definitely return in the future!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Umag, Luxury Apartment Umag is the clear choice. The apartment is modern, incredibly clean, and tastefully decorated—the photos don’t even begin to capture the pleasant atmosphere there. Everything from the kitchen amenities to the comfortable beds was top-notch. The best part of the entire stay, however, was the landlady. You don’t see such a warm and professional welcome very often these days. She is an incredibly helpful and warm-hearted lady who takes genuine care of her guests. Communication was lightning-fast, and her tips on local attractions made our stay much more enjoyable. Thanks to her, you feel more like you’re staying with good friends than in an anonymous rental.

The apartment is like in the photos. Brand new, equipped with everything and big enough. It has bedroom with big bed, quite big kitchen, huge couch and big TV. The couch is also super comfy. Everything is super clean. And the host is extremely polite and friendly. There’s a parking space for your car. Would love to come back if needed

The place was amazing. Everything was perfect and modern. The host was very generous. Perfect for couples anytime to get a feeling what a modern apartment looks like and feel the clean environment with beautiful decoration in every place.

The apartment is very spacious and well-designed. It has a separate entrance, bathroom, and big living room with a kitchen and bedroom. Everything was clean. Apparently host takes a 250 euro deposit. It is written in the description, but of course, we missed it, we didn't have a lot of cash on us, only 50 euro, but that wasn't a problem and the host agreed to lower the deposit, which we got back next morning after the apartment inspection.

− Could be better:You can't get an extra toilet paper when you use it. I guess that's not a problem for one night, but it's kinda hilarious. The dishwasher costs 5 euros. I couldn't find the AC controller anywhere so I asked the host on the WhatsApp where is it, but I got the answer that it was not so hot to use it and that we could open windows. Of course, we opened them, they had mosquito nets, but still, mosquitos bit us at night :D

It was an amazing and clean place,100% recommend!

− Could be better:Unfortunately, we were not met and I was outside for 30 minutes and was very cold, after which I decided to enter the apartment myself, since no one had arrived. A couple of hours later, a hotel employee arrived and unfortunately did not apologize for being late. They also asked for cash as a deposit, this was the first time. I don’t want to go back. Unfortunately, there was not enough air conditioning for heating, and they did not put in the courtyards for the fireplace, although it was clear that they were using it, but unfortunately they decided not to offer it to us

− Could be better:First night was too cold, 2nd night was too hot. they dont give you remote controller for the AC , you need to call them to turn on/off climate. refrigerator was turned off. they take security deposit for 2 nights…havent seen this ever over booking..
