Everything was wonderful, from the room and the beautiful beach to the pool area. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options

Near the hotel, In this year, the child pool was warmer than the last year, it'is needed...it's perfect :) .

− Could be better:The dinner time too short..please change it , that will be from 18:30- 22:00 The pepi pool will be 10:00-19:00 . Because we went at 20:00 to the dinner, and the staff reduce and doesn't fill up the choosing from 20:30. Some days, In the pepi pool the sprinkles and the water on the sliders was switched off 17:30!!!!!!!And the baby pool was very cold in the a.m. ( the small child couldn't use till 12:00, because was cold) Didn't internal child room, inside the hotel!

Excellent as usual. Clean and well kept, good and helpful staff, excellent meals, suitable parking, good facilities, fantastic location.

− Could be better:Hot and cold water... it was not easy to find a good ratio...

− Could be better:Shower water was cold and then hot and cold again. Something is wrong. It was not just in our room. Loud solar panels on the roof.

Good food, very clean and nice stuff

Nice staff, the food was excellent, with a wide and varied selection. The buffet was very generous, and even though the restaurant was quite busy, it was constantly refilled whenever something ran out (I was surprised to see how many guests there were, even at the end of April) The half-board option offered great value for money. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with plenty of greenery, and the beach area is clean and well-maintained.

Everything was great: spacious parking, nice and clean room, with fresh and varied food at breakfast and dinner 🙂

− Could be better:Drinks are not included in the half-board price at dinner 😏

Very nice hotel, room spacious, food (breakfast, dinner) was excellent - plenty to choose from. Location absolutely great, 5km from center of Umag, you can walk, cycle in any direction. Tennis outside of the hotel

Very Clean and good food

Nice hotel, pretty busy but the staff was perfect. Nice breakfast.

− Could be better:parking was pretty anoying, since the hotel was full. Also, we have had ants in our room, luckily no one has attacked us.

Stay was exceptional, staff were very nice and responsive.Location was very beautiful and had private beach. I had half board, dinner and breakfast was exceptional and had lots of options. My room was corner one and had Sea view from front and side.Room was very clean and beautiful.

The hotel is beautifully located on the sunny side of the Punta peninsula in Umag, offering beautiful sea views from many rooms and the pool. We had a room that overlooked both the beach and the hotel; it was spacious and cozy, and offered everything we needed for our short one-night stay. The staff were professional and attentive. Additionally, there were enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. We really enjoyed the promenade leading to the town center and Stella Maris, and we also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices. All in all, it was a good price-to-performance ratio.

Rooms clean and good size, very friendly staff, good breakfast, great location by the sea, rooms have a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea. Nice atmosphere at night with live music on the terrace of the hotel. Great for families with children as many things to do, pools, water park, etc.

− Could be better:As most of the guests have half-board, hotel restaurant not very flexible with “a la carte”. But there are many places to eat close to the hotel.
