This is a very nice, well equipped, comfortable apartment. The old town is 10 minutes walk away and the beach is 5 minutes walk away. The host, Ivana, is very kind, helpful and caring.

The location was very perfekt, only 5 minutes walking to the beach.Friendly Staff and always available to support online.The Apartment was very clean and comfortable and you can find everything you need.The balcony was very spaciy.

Good and quiet location, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need, easy check-in and check-out, free parking, apartment is close to city center, beach and large grocery shop, nice large terrace with sea view, communication with the owner goes smoothly. We will definitely choose this apartment again
− Could be better:Just as a suggestion for the owner, to arrange on Booking site the exact nr. of street where the appartmen is located, because those who come for the first time, they might have trouble locating the right building.

Excelent apartment - a full 10 from my side! Clean, very well equiped, easy access and parking in front - you find inside everything you need for a vacation with family or business travel. Close to the town center, beach and restaurants...and a great host!

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, near the center and beach. The hospitality was excellent: everything was available for cooking . The apartment was like a home. The check in was easy with "self checking", with codes. We liked this friendly apartment and Umag social life as well.
− Could be better:A microwave would be excellent, but without it we also dont have so big problem ... the bed was not so comfortable in the living room, but for some days it is okay.
