The apartment has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. It was clean and good value for money.

Messaged host when we arrived and she came within 10 minutes to show us around. very clean, good facilities, lovely big balcony, quiet area, 15 minute walk to Umag centre.

New, exceptional apartment. Near the beaches. Beautiful terrase and very quiet surroundings. In the apartment you have everything you need. Our hosts were very nice, and also helped us when we had problem with the car. I strongly recommend his apartment if ypu are visiting Umag.

New house in fact. There are 2 apartmens with private parking. Simple check in - calling to host Mirna. Nice small garden, our children played there. Apartmen has everything you need to. The dimensions of the smaller main room are extended by a large private terrace.

− Could be better:Very slow wifi if you need to use it. Kids tell me that TV could be bigger. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I can't complain about anything

The apartment was clean and the staff was nice. I've found a nice place with a well equipped kitchen, a nice terrace and also you have free parking in front of the house. The location is perfect, it's near the town center,in range of 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Spacious, nice, air-conditioned, new and very clean apartment in great location with walking distance to city centrum, grocery store and well ad various beaches in Umag. Very friendly and helpful owner, who let us accommodate even before the official time (this obviously depends on availability of apartment before your arrival). If we ever come back to Umag we will definitely try to book this apartment.

The apartment was clean. The location was OK but a bit far away from the Beach.

− Could be better:The bed for 2 people in the living room was actually not a matress but a coach converted to a bed. It was not comfy. The location of the AC was only for the living room and kitchen, but the bedroom was behind the AC.

​Pros: ​The host was punctual and met us at the agreed time to hand over the keys. ​The apartment was clean and well-maintained.

− Could be better:​Cons: ​Heating issues: It was freezing inside. There is only one AC unit in the living room, and the heat doesn't reach the bedroom at all. ​Hot water: The apartment uses a boiler system which was insufficient; we ran out of hot water multiple times. ​Noise: The soundproofing is very poor; we could hear everything from the neighboring apartment. ​Hygiene & Amenities: The kitchen sponge was already used, which is quite unhygienic. Also, there was no shower gel dispenser/container in the bathroom. ​Overall: At €110/night during the off-season, I expected much better conditions. Neither the heating method nor the boiler system were mentioned in the description. I would avoid this place, at least during the winter months.
